Hand-Carved Stoneware Planter

Size 12 x 11cm

A planter shaped as much by hand as by wheel. Once thrown, each piece is carved while the clay is still firm, cutting lines and facets into the surface so that the finished pot catches light and shadow the way a plant's own leaves do.

Each vase is individually made; slight variations in height, glaze and surface are part of the hand-thrown finish. Handmade in small batches.
